I am a 48 year old female who has lost a lot of weight how much I don’t know because I do not get on a scale..I was wearing a size 20..now I fit a size 14w. I had 4 C-Sections and a hysterectomy and now I exercise at least 3-4 times a week and I can not loose that over lap pouch at the bottome of my stomach. I just can’t seem to make it move..In fact it seems like the more I exercise the bigger my stomach seems to me. What advice do you have for me? Thanking you in advance.
